How does it work?
The Autotuner datalogging solution has been designed to be easy to use. For each supported ECU, we have pre-selected a set of relevant measures from the manufacturer specific datalogging parameters.
1.Select the car
Plug the OBD cable to the OBD-II port in the vehicle and start engine. Then, find the car you want to log and select the Datalogs method. Autotuner software will query the available measures for the ECU from the server.Internet connection is required for setting up the datalogging session but it is not required during the log session itself.
2.Start dyno run
To start a log, click on “Record” button or press the space bar on the keyboard. Only 12 gauges are displayed in the software but we record more than 12 measures. All values will be available when viewing the log online.
3.Stop dyno run and upload
To stop a log, click on “Stop” button or press the space bar on the keyboard. When you stop recording you can define a title and upload the log online in order to view the graph.
4.Analyze and share online
Thanks to our powerfull online logs viewer, you can easily analyze the parameters. You can select the measures you want to display on the right panel, all the measures are grouped by families. Each log link is public, it means that you can share this link to anyone whether they are Autotuner users or not.
Need more info?
You can consult all the datalogs from your online Autotuner Administration Interface. All the datalogs uploaded by a slave tool are also automatically synced with their master account so the master can easily have access.
